Clinique Générale-Beaulieu, situated at Chemin de Beau-Soleil 20-22, is the largest building on the site. The site area represents 12’481 sqm. The main building was constructed in 1983 and offers a total rental surface of 16’176 sqm. It hosts the medical treatment and patient rooms.
After 5 years of renovation works, Clinique Générale-Beaulieu has completed its master plan initiated in 2016. Clinique Générale-Beaulieu inaugurated its new infrastructures in September 2021, including new premises for the radiology department, important infrastructures for the integration of the oncology and radiotherapy center, a new restaurant open to the public and a beautiful esplanade to welcome patients.
The annexe building, containing medical practices as well as four apartments, totalises a total rental surface of 2’942 sqm and was constructed in 1992. This site offers an underground parking with 261 parking spaces.
Clinique Générale-Beaulieu, founded in 1899, is a multi-speciality hospital, specialised in orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, gynaecology and obstetrics.
The hospital also runs a radiology institute, an institute of nuclear medicine, a robotic laparoscopic surgery centre, a physiotherapy & functional rehabilitation centre and a medically assisted procreation centre. Générale-Beaulieu carry out around 5’700 hospitalisations per year. About 700 babies are born each year in the maternity ward.
