Infracore owns two buildings dedicated to healthcare that will soon be linked. The first in Gravesano (Clinica Ars Medica, acquired in 2012) and the second in Bellinzona (Centro Medicale Bellinzona, acquired in 2023). The new centre will extend the range of care services already offered by the clinic in this region.

Infracore acquired this property, located in the eastern part of the municipality of Gravesano on Via Grumo, in 2012. The neighbourhood is dominated by residential buildings, and an industrial estate lies to the east of the hospital. The site comprises an area of 10’332 sqm. Gravesano is an approximately 15-minute drive (around 5 km) from Lugano city centre, and the nearest motorway junction is about 2 km away. It is also connected to the local public transport network, with the “Gravesano, Grumo di Gravesano” bus stop situated close to the property. Buses leave for Lugano station twice an hour, with a journey time of around 25 minutes.
The hospital was completed in 1989 and extended in 2003 (second floor and basement). All rooms can be used for a relatively wide range of purposes. The facility includes a pool used by the physiotherapy unit and provides 123 indoor and outdoor parking spaces. The building is in very good condition, and is regularly adapted to the tenant’s needs.
Clinica Ars Medica (8’339 sqm lettable area, 74 beds) is one of the two Lugano hospitals acquired by Swiss Medical Network in 2012. The hospital has become the undisputed leader and the cantonal reference centre for orthopaedic surgery and traumatology of the locomotor system.

In October 2023, Infracore acquired this building, built in 1973 and located in the center of Bellinzona, a 5 minutes’ walk from the railway station serving the entire «Sopraceneri» region.
The plot covers an area of 1’723 sqm The rental space of 1’710 sqm is spread over 4 floors and a basement. The building is easily accessible thanks to the nearby “Bellinzona, Piazza Orico” bus stop, with buses running every 5 minutes.
Affiliated to the Clinica Ars Medica, established as the undisputed cantonal leader for orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system, this future medical center will house 3 new outpatient operating theatres, a Swiss Visio ophthalmology center, as well as several doctors’ practices and a physiotherapy center.
