Infracore has two buildings set in idyllic, green surroundings along the main road that crosses Rothrist from east to west. Rothrist railway station is around 1.3 km from the site. The nearest bus stop, “Rothrist, Gemeindehaus”, is right next to the Privatklinik Villa im Park. The clinic has excellent access to the A1 and A2 freeways, which are just a few minutes’ drive away. The grounds cover a total area of 6’968 sqm.

The clinic specializes in orthopedics, surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, and urology. The clinic also has a maternity ward.
The clinic’s first building, the «Villa», was built in 1903 and completely renovated in 2020. It features ten individual, fully-equipped medical cabins. Patient reception areas, doctors’ surgeries and offices have been modernized and updated.
In the same year, the clinic was extended with the creation of a new building. The new three-story building backs onto the existing building perfectly but adopts its own contemporary architecture. Classic metal construction with large window fronts and balconies with glass railings ensure an elegant design and maximum light penetration. The interior impresses with its sophisticated construction technology and optimal organization of space. The 28 rooms (53 beds), spread over 3 floors, are deliberately designed to create a pleasant ambience in which patients almost feel as if they are staying at a hotel. Private rooms on the attic floor have their own balcony.
Three ultramodern operating theaters, among the best equipped in their class, and a first-rate central sterilization unit with the latest generation of equipment are at the surgeons’ disposal. A separate 500 sqm technical room has been created in the basement, to ensure the smooth running of the operating theaters. A connection has been established with the old building for the supply of various medical gases. A powerful emergency power system supplies all areas in the event of a power failure, and three self-contained ventilation systems supply around 23’000 m3 of conditioned air per hour to the operating theatres, sterilization areas and patient floors. The clinic also has an underground parking lot with 104 spaces.
