Infracore owns an office building on a plot area of 2’881 sqm located on rue de la Chocolatière 21 in Echandens, between Lausanne and Morges. This two-level building is located in the industrial zone of Echandens, in the immediate vicinity of the EPFL. The building was completed in 1989 and has been regularly maintained ever since, with the result that it is in very good condition. Essential renovations and upgrading work were carried out in 2018. The rental area covers 1’768 sqm on two floors and there are 53 parking spaces (indoor and outdoor). The Swiss Medical Network’s administrative offices occupy the building.
Infracore plans the enhancement of the building façade, including the repositioning of the building’s main entrance, in a near future. Additional external improvements will also be made on the site.
